This place has the best ramen.#7 with the crispy chicken thigh instead of the brisket, just my opinion.Yum

Really bummed about our experience tonight. I’ve been here, brought people here, and highly recommended this place for months since it’s only a 15min walk from me. However, tonight they were struggling. We waited 35min for a table (expected on this chilly night), but after the wait, our food took an hour to be served. Our server checked in twice- once after 15min, another after 50min. At the 50min check-in, I asked if our ramen isn’t ready, can we have a free bun? It was 8:25pm at that point, so we were hungry. Our server put the bun in and then we got our ramen. He asked if we still wanted the bun and we said no. However, come to find out, we would have had to pay. After an hour wait, I think a bun on the house would have been a nice gesture. Additionally, my favorite ramen (tikka) had its broth changed (and the high price stayed) :( Now a flavorless vegetarian broth. Due to this change, for the one meal I had once craved, I don’t know if I’ll be back. Eager to see if this feedback has impact to warrant my return and bringing family and friends back. So sad :(
