Best sushi place I've been to in Orange county and LA area. Their fish is very fresh and they add some sauce on top that's delicious. I highly recommend the cherry salmon and the baked tuna tendon. Make sure to get 45 minutes before they open or you might have to wait a couple hours.
one of my favorite sushi restaurants. however, the reservation process is tedious, where you can only call at 5pm and weekdays for a 30 min window. if going without a reservation, then the wait can be up to 2 hours.
If you can, try to get a reservation ☺️
Great sushi place, no question (prolly the best in town). Getting a table is a nightmare though and seems like the owners are fine with it (why would they care? People will come regardless). At a minimum, suggest people to line up as they come rather than the chaotic rush; complete disregard to those who got there first
*This review is only for the POOR OPERATIONS of the restaurant* I’ve known how busy the restaurant is by looking at all the reviews people contributed online. The restaurant tells you that the reservation is only through calls from 5-5:30pm and I called multiple days in a roll and the line is either busy or connected with no one actually answering the phone. My simple question is, if there’s no one available to pick up the calls of the customers, WHY LIMITING THE RESERVATION WINDOW? WHY NOT OPEN ONLINE RESERVATION OR WAITLIST? Setting such high barriers to even book a table is not only unethical but also hurting your potential customers = your business. Will not visit this restaurant until this gets taken care of
Worst experience ever. First of all, has a 5 month old baby girl (NOT ABLE TO SIT BY HERSELF) Brought a stroller, OF COURSE. While putting our name on wait list, no one told anything about bringing a baby with stroller in the restaurant. After waiting almost 2 hours (which is understandable since this restaurant is busy), a waiter said the stroller is not acceptable. Even we are sitting on a table for 4, we only had 3 adults. We just needed to move one chair out and put the stroller inside. However, the manager and waiter kept said it was not allowed. And they said there is even NO HIGH CHAIR in the restaurant. I can’t believe that there is any restaurant out there without high chair nor accepting a stroller. I did not want to go another restaurant since I already waited 2 Hours. I needed to carry 5 month old baby and had to eat. This is not a cheap restaurant. They should have better service. Or at least, let customer to bring a stroller if it is not blocking others.
Sushi orgasm.
