OHenry's Coffees

Other than the sometimes poor attitude that I receive from the red-haired barista working there, this place delivers amazing coffee and delicious pastries! I love the location and atmosphere of the coffee shop, but again, customer service can make or break these types of places and can turn local gems into places we try to avoid all due to mediocre attitudes & service. And if any of the employees giving poor service is a manager, that's highly disappointing. First impressions & continuous impressions are everything in the service industry.

Consistently disappointing coffee shop. Coffee is great, prices aren't. Service is extremely indifferent bordering on rude. Although some old man was blasting a podcast in his pocket while ordering so I could see why you may get burnt out from customers. Wi-Fi was down all day apparently but there was no sign on the door. Had a similar experience a month ago when I walked in and they were "closed" with no sign on the door. Wish my neighborhood coffee spot would step up.

Mocha chip is amazingly delicious

The location is small, not much seating. Staff was functional, but not Friendly. Coffee was just OK.
