I came to eat dinner with my friend and when we were sat we waited for 15 minutes and no one came to ask for drink orders. We finally asked someone passing by and they said our server was preoccupied and he can get us our drinks and first rounds. The whole time we were eating nobody came to ask if we needed napkins or drink refills. By the time were ready to order our second round i tried flagging down a waiter walking by, he proceeded to side eye our table and continue walking. From that point i went to the host stand and explained our situation and she sent the waiter that took our drink order and first round. He told us that our server was “preoccupied and wont be able to serve us from here on out. Just very unprofessional and not worth it if you ask me.
Excellent service. A lot of food for your money. Fried rice I wasn't pleased with. All else was super good!
Food is soooo good! Everything is fresh. Lunch AYCE is a great price. I was craving sushi so badly yesterday, and this was the perfect stop. Service is usually decent. Be careful if you go by yourself. My waiter kind of forgot about me for a while. Thankfully, a manager saw me looking around and came to check on me. 🙂
Update: Went back on 4/8 for a birthday lunch with my friends and family. After an hour plus wait to get seated, we were told of a new policy that required a party of 8 or larger to either do the AYCE or a la carte. We were a party of 10 that had children (who are naturally picky eaters) and adults that didn't like seafood or had seafood allergies. I understand the events that could of occurred to try and enforce a new policy. That does not excuse it's implementation without a reasonable amount of flexibility. Not all customers should not be punished for the issues that arise due to the restaurant's strategy of AYCE. The quality of customer service for this establishment is declining very quickly if that is how customers are being treated plus the etiquette of the serving staff. Also there are no accommodations for babies that require special seating.
We were seated at a sticky table under a dripping air conditioner. We ordered all you can eat lunch, which has a time limit, and our food was delivered at a snail's pace. We had to flag down our waiter to order and ask for our food. Ordered miso soup, and it never came.
