Very bad, dry, and tasteless. We ordered 8 platters via delivery with a variety of meats that were supposed to have sauce. Also, there was lots of dry rice and no sauce for rice either. Spent a week trying to contact them and they never answer phone, and don't respond to the chat on their website, and don't answer email.
Service was excellent- the cashier was awesome. The food on the other hand was disgusting. The chicken was cold and in my opinion left over from another day and half cooked. The veggies were raw, cold and looked more like a salad than cabbage mix, the macaroni salad was definitely spoiled. It has a fishy smell and one bite I knew it was not edible. This place used to have great food & portion sizes - not sure what happened but it wasn't for the better
The food just okay and the service was fine.
I have been here once and that was 1 too many times. I spent $35 on 2 meals and the containers were maybe 1/3 full. It had 1 1/2 scoops of rice, 5-6 small pieces of katsu chicken and 2 pieces of bbq chicken. It was disappointing all around!! The usual place that we go closes @8pm this place is open until 10pm believe me next time I'll wait to get it the next day instead of going somewhere else!!! Just because it has hawaiian bbq in the name of the restaurant doesn't mean it's going to be as good as anywhere else, they're definitely NOT all the same. NEVER GOING BACK TO THIS ONE AGAIN EVER!!! IF I COULD GIVE IT a 0 OR - STARS I WOULD!!!

I order through Uber eats and I put requests in to Ohana to please give fresh hot food and also requested utensils and napkins along with condiments such hot sauce, soy sauce ect. Everything I ask for I didn't get. All of my food was cold and seem to been sitting under a heat lamp. I called and spoke with Ohana and they say I had to call Uber eats and when I called Uber eats they say they can't help me with my issues im so upset about the whole issue my question was to both how would you feel if you received a order like this would you be satisfied? VERY UPSET OHANA AND UBER CUSTOMER.. THIS IS SO WRONG ESPECIALLY WHEN BEING A LOYAL CUSTOMER
