Very poor customer service if you order over the phone! the food wasn't ready when i arrived to pick it up at the arranged time.

Absolutely horrible bbq chicken. The chicken was sliced so thin, it was hard. Tasted like it had been cooked day before but definitely not fresh. This is no match for Tim's on 2nd street. Tim's gives thick, juicy ,flavorful chicken fresh off the grill. Mac salad was not up to standard I know these resturants want. I eat at them everywhere. I came, I tried. I will not return. Go to Tim's on 2nd you won't be disappointed.

Food is delicious, and they give large portions! I added the broccoli myself, but everything on this plate is HALF of what came in my takeout meal. I usually get 2 portions out of one plate because of how generous they are. If you don’t like fatty meat I’d suggest you stick to the chicken options only, marinade and katsu sauce is on point.

Absolutely love their food and have been a customer for years, I was extremely disappointed on my last visit that they refused to honor the little green coupon Edit to respond to owner: they said it wouldn’t count unless I printed it out from the website, which doesn’t even make sense since you can print it unlimited times, and nowhere does it say on the coupon you have to print it out to use it
