Always loved this place but this last time was served raw chicken

I’m not complaining about the food service is fine. It’s the fact that the cooks in the back have staring problems, will stop what there doing to look a women up and down it’s gross!! No wonder the young girls that work there have to quite so fast bc the fact that does guys verbally harassed them, my daughter is one of them.

I was told, staff restroom only due to close dinning area. Doesn’t seem right or legal. As a paying customer i was under the impression you are required by law to provide a restroom. Plus all restrictions have been lifted. Chicken dry and burnt.

Service was...not good. Food is great tho, just horrible horrible service

Fantastic joint for Hawaiian BBQ. Just ordered 2 chicken katsu’s for my colleagues which had plenty of chicken which is definitely a plus. My only gripe is that I ordered a combo plate for myself which was the beef and chicken katsu, beef was great, didn’t get a chance to take a pic but my food only came with 4 slices of katsu.

Service is good sadly the last couple times I got barley warm katsu and even a couple that were cold. They are making it in advance now . Prior to these last two visits the Katsu was pipeing hot even after i got it home. Maybe ask for it to be made fresh cause cold chicken Katsu is pretty gross. I'll be putting it in my oven so I can eat it. ☹️
