Ohana Acai Cafe

This incident was with the owner who works here as-well but happened at his other establishment in Fairfax called “mana bowls”. I did not tip because of the blatant unsanitary conditions (flies everywhere and on the ingredients). The owner working there took out the trash and then proceeded to make my bowl without washing his hands. I told him that is disgusting and then he spit in my bowl! I left and can not come again.

As much as I hate to have them be even busier and get to keep them all to myself, I feel like I owe it to them to write a stellar review. I am an Acai bowl addict, as is my teenage daughter. These are sooo good! For $15, I get a huge medium bowl, filled with healthy goodness. The avo and vitalize are my favorite, and if you make friends with the owner, (I really should know his name by now!), maybe he will make you his fave, and you will be in for a treat! He has his cutie puppers there, who is adorable, and knows he owns the place ;) It’s my favorite lunch everyday, and even on days I don’t work down the street, I still come by and leave super happy. It’s nice to not feel ripped off and get to enjoy a great bowl, or smoothie every single time. Thanks guys, you rock!!
