FYI: No longer Bento F&C, now called Kabul F&C. Same menu, ordered the breaded F&C’s. 3 pieces fish & fries, had generous portion of fries 3 nice pieces of fish breaded & nicely prepared. Fish had a good flavor as well as the fries. Only reason for 4 stars is the restaurant hasn’t been updated since the 70’s. Dark & out dated.

Had the Fish & Chips, the fish didn’t taste bad but it didn’t taste good lol the fries were stale. Overall 2/5

I’ve only ordered the fish and chips so I can’t comment on the other items on the menu but overall it was satisfactory. The issue I had was the incorrect prices listed outside and inside the restaurant. I don’t know if this is intentional but they charged me three dollars more for each item than the listed price. When I disputed the charge he pointed out the new price above the menu price that was written with a permanent marker onto a black background, barely visible. 🤬

Went there last year with co workers. Cashier was asleep at the booth when we walked in. The fish was tasteless, My lemon was full of mold, One coworker found what looked like a beard hair in their hamburger, and the other coworker found a long strand of hair in their fries. Looking back it was laughable but it was disgusting. zero stars if I could.

91 dollars for 6 people and the fish had no flavor and was over cooked. No cold drinks. Teenagers walking in and put of kitchen... flies all over the dining area.

We decided to try this place in fair Oaks and first of all it's a major hole in the wall.. Despite my better judgment, we ordered here.. We spent $49.00 It was originally advertised as 10 a plate online but I'm not petty so we paid $13 a plate. We ordered the beer battered cod, crispy cod, beer battered SHRIMP, and the crab stuffed mushrooms. To be completely transparent, it was one of the worst cod I have ever tasted it was severely overcooked. The stuffed mushrooms where imatation crab and mostly Celery. They gave us two tartar sauces after requesting extra apon ordering and offer to pay MORE. What really upsets me out of all of THIS, is that we drove a total of an hour back and fourth from Roseville to try this place and they tried to rips us off after we gave them a 100$ bill when our total was 49.00 they attempted to give us back a dollar.. I will not be back. Make sure you count your change.

Terrible service. They got our order completely wrong so we had to go back and get the rest of it. They also had different prices online, posted and on the menu and wouldn’t say what the price was until it wrung up. Apparently they changed management. Husband said it was the worst service he ever had and we will not return.

Came for a fried chicken sandwich just now, it’s literally a patty from the fosters chicken bag not chicken breast. An whole slice of onion just slapped on there. I could have made it at home. Ordered garlic fries got fries with lemon pepper. All this after waiting over 5 minutes to even be greeted after having called and tried to order but they couldn’t understand me so I just came in. Terrible experience. Never coming back.
