Good bbq when you need your fix.
told buy the hotel this was a good place unfortunately not barbecue sauce not enough flavor and brisket was not melt in your mouth had much better
We just don't get good genuine BBQ in Washington State. It was all so delicious. It was all so yummy. Some of the best potato salad, delicious onion rings. Pulled pork, beef brisket, chicken... RIBS were soooo good. My husband was in heaven! I guess from Memphis. The staff was so friendly, the restaurant was clean and a nice environment.
Poor customer service from this group of workers. Food was extremely bland and dissatisfying. The manager claim that they don’t issue refunds for cold or wrong orders; and, that they only send gift cards for the service. Manager didn’t seem concerned that I traveled a long distance to get ribs that they supposedly ran out of. My food was cold and undercooked. I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant. Do better Corky’s Brentwood. That is not the Service or food quality that Corky’s (Memphis) is about.
