Off the Rails

Went there before Monster Trucks. Ordered a White Russian. The bar tender ran out of Kahlua mid dribble. Not even close to the full shot. I do mean dribble. He then proceeded to tell me they are out of Kahlua and that I should be “grateful for what I got. “ I asked if this drink would be discounted. He literally laughed in my face. He charged me $12 for the worst drink I have ever had. Terrible service. Terrible attitude. Terrible drinks. I hope that guy gets Lou Gehrig’s disease.

Nice game day location with park across the street. One of the best Beyond Burgers I have had in the Twin Cities. TVs everywhere, trivia night, dart league and nice patio area. Good hangout after work. Vegetarian options: Beyond Burger, salads

Closing time on Sundays is not accurate to what Google states was “updated 2 weeks ago”. Not really an issue, (there’s an open restaurant across the street) but more of a technical difficulty I presume can be fixed.

Great good but holy hell the wait staff is so disorganized and even when it slowed down, took forever to get more drinks, get the check, or even just acknowledged that we were here. Will definitely try it again in the future, maybe it was just a bad day for service.

The place wasn’t busy at all, but the service was a bit slow. Can’t imagine if they were busy. Food was good.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Off The Rails Restaurant with a group of students from Century High School on Wednesday, January 10th, and I cannot express enough gratitude for the outstanding service provided by Megan Mulroney, the General Manager. Megan's organizational skills were truly impressive, as she efficiently handled our group's orders, ensuring that the food was prepared and served promptly. From start to finish, her attention to detail made the entire mealtime experience run seamlessly. To top it off, the food was outstanding!!! Thank you for going above and beyond. Shelley F.

It's best place to eat huge chicken wings. Come try it. Staff are cool. They will let you watch your football team even if you hate the Vikings, . nice.
