Wonderful, intimate, and Top 5 music venue spots. Yngwie, Dio, and numerous concerts through the years. Bravo
Love the Odeon my brother Bizzy Bone killed it
The Odeon is aging poorly and could use some investment. The balcony area is essentially mothballed and closed. Some of the original thick plank floorboards are deeply gouged and will soon be tripping hazards. It may have only been slightly nicer in the late 90s when I frequented in my late teens; I thought it absolutely rocked back then. This place still makes for a good grungy rock venue, and the price of admission was amazingly reasonable. It's probably still great for Cleveland's youth. But as I enter my 40s, I'd like a touch more comfort, such as paper towels and soap in the bathrooms, or a few places to sit and drink. I think there were about 5 barstools. Maybe if they start fixing things the prices will go up; maybe I should just shut my mouth and appreciate the Odeon for what it is now; a medium sized divey concert venue that offers a lot of value and few luxuries.
Good place to see a concert. Standing room only just so you know..no seats
