O'Charley's Restaurant & Bar

We arrived today right when they opened at 11am. There were several people coming in and only 1 waiter for the entire place. The best part about our visit was the waiter. He was very kind to us. The food on the other hand was a disappointment. Everything we got was either no taste, cold, or over cooked. You would think the rolls would be hot and fresh but they weren’t. As we waited for our food to come out I was just looking around and the place is beyond nasty! The booth that we were setting in which was by the big window up front, the window seal had old food piled up from where it was getting pushed off when tables get cleaned. There was also nasty utensils on the window seal also. And not to mention our table wasn’t clean when we sat down. This was the 3rd time I have ate there because the first couple of times was a bad experience and I thought I would try one more time. I guess 3rd times a charm, well NOT so much.

All tho the food was good, I think the portion that I got wasn't worth the money I paid for
