Great server/bartender Steven was getting it done and our food was great and fast thanks for the great experience and great food definitely recommend

Steven at the bar area is beyond wonderful. The hands down best service I've ever had in my life. I didn't even know service like that existed. His genuine spirit radiates and is infectious. I think he cured my depression. If you wonder if you should eat here. The answer is definitely yes. The chance of being graced by the presence of Steven is enough. Someone needs to give Steven a raise. I don't know what he's making but it's definitely not enough.
So basically restaurants are using “ghost kitchens” and are under different names on delivery apps. Well this one comes up as Mandrino’s and is a complete waste of money. Doesn’t give you what they advertise and is like playing a rush and roulette game with your food. I order a chicken parm sub and get a weak, soggy, barely toasted, child’s play edition of a chicken tender sandwich on Texas toast that would make any Texan smack the cook with their cowboy hat. Pasta, dry, and sample sized. I was completely mislead and honestly I can see why. I can’t believe a place like this is taking up good space where an independent restaurant could be using the space to do a better job and not offer such mediocrity, And y’all food salty. 0 out of 10 do not recommend.
Very under staffed, food warm not hot nor was it good
Stop at this place at 1:00 today my wife an I both ordered the 12oz steak with bake potatoes an side salad. long story short we had a $55 baked potatoes an salad. Both steakes were all grissle an could not eat it. plate was full of half chewed meat. Waitress never ask if there was a problem with it or even refill our drink. No i will not revisit this resturant. Now i know why most O'Charleys have closed.
Waitress offended my whole family with a very racist comment.
