My mother in law and I had been driving for several hours during a bad storm. We popped in here right as they opened and from the hostess to every one we passed, we were greeted with a smile and kind words. Our server Raul was amazing and went above and beyond to make sure our experience was amazing. I was sold on the hospitality alone, but the food was superb!

The waiter Curf was so Pleasent, Kind, and Cool. He made sure me and my hubby was straight he continued to ask if we needed anything. I made we tipped Curf. We needddddd more sweet kind hearted ppl such as him . The world will be a better place. Thanks Curf your the Bestest!!! 😊

We really liked O’Charleys! The food has always been good and so the service. However, we were really disappointed with our service tonight. The food was great, but the server was mostly absent. Had to ask multiple times for bread and to-go boxes while the families on either side of us received excellent care. We never received drink refills. The family behind us received bread long before us-and arrived after we did! Another couple received multiple visits from servers too! We didn’t do anything wrong (I don’t think) as we are quiet older folks. Never expect special treatment, but fair treatment. Certainly hope others are treated fairly and consistent with other customers. Parking: Parking for handicapped is good.

Ordered curbside steaks, med well and med rare. Got 25 minutes home got chicken tenders! Returned for my steaks and got 1 RARE STEAK AND 1 MED RARE. NOT HAPPY. SO AFTER PAYING ALL THE MONEY... I'M STILL COOKING

Waited at front door, waited at bar. Stale beer. Over cooked very small shrimp and stuffed crab appetizer. Then fried fish and chips waited very long to come out of kitchen. Fish and Chips was better than appetizer and beer.
