First off this has nothing to do with the server she was great and she tried so hard to fight for us , this has everything to do with the cooks and manager on shift . First or shrimp was undercooked to our pasta the manager said we would still have to pay and give us a free pie , after our server fought for us and said we’ve been wait over 45 minutes they said they would remake and give it for free , you call this service ??? It’s under cooked again. A waste of time and food , this is unacceptable quaneish c. Was over the top in her service , her manager need training and the cooks need to check temps .
Went for lunch with a co-worker. We practically had the place to ourselves! Our server was excellent. The portions were super big. The food was just ok, though. I was a little surprised.

Both my wife and I had the Fish & chips. Loved it and price was good. Service was great.
I ordered my food with no bacon, I will literally be in the hospital if I have pork. Which is exactly why I mentioned no bacon purposely at three distinctive moments while ordering. Keep in mind my lunch break is only one hour and this location is 15min away. Nevertheless they placed a lot of bacon on my food. I then called back only to be transferred to a manager that didn't apologize and she didn't ask what I purchased to have it ready when I returned to save me a little time to eat. Needless to say, the combination of bad customer service and lack of empathy definitely scratched all O'Charley's from my radar.

I always order Togo, and food is always good and fresh, can never go wrong with the rolls..
