So this visit was not enjoyable. I sat at the bar because I was getting a drink and appetizer there and a to-go order for my family. From the time I sat down the bartender was not very attentive to me or other patrons. She was more concerned about her “regulars “ not being seated in her section. It was constant complaining and griping about how they were seated and how it effects her money and that’s how she pays rent etc. My steak I had ordered to-go was not the right cut of meat. The thickness started at about 3/4” and tapered down to the thickness of 1/8” And was folded in half in my box. I had to have it remade. I wasn’t brought a ticket until 15 minutes after my steak had been corrected. Over all it was not worth returning.

My reviews are either good good or bad bad. My order was REEAAALL simple. Loaded potato soup(comes with 2 rolls), rice, and 8 rolls. There were 5 other people waiting for to go orders and had been waiting awhile. Mine was already ready when I got there but my rice was HARD I mean they overcooked tf out of it. Was supposed to have 10 rolls and I had 7. WHO ATE 3 OF MY ROLLS GUYS!? the soup was okay but definitely not the way it's supposed to be. This used to be my favorite ocharleys and now... well... eh.

Very,very,very,very,very,very,very slow service! I almost walked out!

Food was very good. Service was excellent. With staffing issues they are limiting the amount seated. Was a good dinner.
