The food was really good and it was very clean but I gave it 5 stars mainly because of our server. We sat at the bar because we didn't want to wait for a table. Our bartender named Laura was bartender and serving. We watched her making the drinks and serving and she did an excellent job while remaining very attentive and very pleasant. Would definitely go back because of her. Any restaurant would be happy to have her as an employee. And, no, we're not related. I've never seen her before today.
My husband and I had ribs from this location. After eating, we both started throwing up. We knew that it was from O’Charley’s food. My husband didn’t have any other food and we both were find before eating this food. We called and spoke with the manager Megan, and she said that we needed proof. She was rude and did not offer help. Her loaded and insincere jargon was UNPROFESSIONAL. Your goal is to keep the customer happy. We have eaten at this location several times But will not be back. Others be careful before eating here.
They want $17 for grilled chicken and 2 sides. Same meal used to be $12. That is ridiculous. Go somewhere else for that. This place is not worth it. I've eaten here almost weekly and they've lost my business. And I won't miss having to wait 30+ minutes after the time my food has been promised either.
Bartender unfriendly and unresponsive, we wled out after waiting 30 min for service.
I just want to commend OCharleys on how they handle staffing shortage, one server, one bartender, and the diningroom open with many tables seated. Unlike Chili's, which basically had the same situation but was unable to accommodate guests. 4 Stars Ocharleys! And Gage, Thank You!
