One thing they are consistent with is not giving you all your food when you order curb side and taking forever to give you your food. Then to top it off it’s always ice cold because they forget to bring it out. It’s been 6 months since the same thing happened. Placed the order didn’t show up until after the ETA then waited another 36 minutes for the food cold and missing a side dish. The place wasn’t even on wait time inside so it’s not like it was busy.
We came in tonight during dinner. We arrived at 6pm and were immediately seated, which was great! My biggest issue was with our server. I wish I had gotten her name, but I unfortunately did not. She was rude from the second she greeted us until we left. I am in the service industry myself and completely understand being understaffed and overbooked…however, that is NEVER the customer’s fault, so being rude the second we arrived is unacceptable. After we placed our orders we then waited an hour and half before my father in law asked about the wait. Our server’s response when asked “are you guys short handed?” Was to throw her hands up and say “why don’t you open your eyes, we are clearly busy!” And then walked away. Never in my life have I had a server respond to such a simple question with such an attitude. My breaking point was when she brought out our food, she slammed it down in front of us. My nephew’s food was cold. It was a grilled cheese and the cheese was not melted and cold. At this point we asked for a manager because this was just the final straw. The manager came and fixed the meal and apologized. We stated that the wait and the mix up with the food would have been fine, had our server not treated us so poorly. We then ate our food and the server continued to be rude until we left. She also messed up our checks two different times and by the time we paid, it was still wrong and nothing besides an apology from the manager was offered. Very disappointing.
