I ordered chutney chicken dinner with sweet smashed potatoes, broccoli, and side of mac'cheese. That is how it was specifically ordered. The server did not bring broccoli, and the sweet smashed potatoes tasted like they came from a can that was unsweetened no cinnamon or brown sugar, or even butter in them. I was mostly finished with my meal before she came back around our table or was visible to tell her. By that time, it was too late. She brought our second basket of roles requested out toward the end of our meal, not after she took the empty basket back to the kitchen, I gave her a tip only not the large tip I Normally leave. She still did her job just poorly. The cost of the food that was served was not worth their prices they have there. I won't be going back to that restaurant. I have children who have and still serve, and they are appalled. Everytime our server went into the kitchen, she just disappeared for 10 or 20 min. Even when she came out, she did not check on our table. They did not appear yo be that crowded.

First rate and conversations and socializing are comfortable

One f my healthcare clients from one of my jobs ordered herself a steak dinner and I went in to pick it up for her and paid with a gift card she had saved ... Personally I don't go out much but at this job I do have people that eat out often and sometimes they'll have me go run and pick up they're food for them at very popular well-known places that I know certain people have gone or still go to or will go to like this place here! She insisted that I get something and had brought my dinner from home ...but decided to get something also and it was delicious! I ordered a grilled chicken , rice pilaf cilantro-lime Bowl. It was new on the menu and I give it a 10 ... it's something similar that I iFixit home ... it had great flavor was fresh and filled my tummy . Enjoyed the experience.

Came here for a late lunch and sat in the bar. My husband had the grilled chicken salad and throughly enjoyed it. I tried the chicken and rice was salsa and it was also very good. The service was excellent.

Terrible location always a issue with the order. I've given this location more then a time or two. To get it right manger Ms. Luppie her name seriously. Takes 0 accountability for the failures of this location. I was told by her personally that there told to cut portions in half. From what the used to be and advertise. I received fish nuggets instead of filets. Basically a huge box of fries instead of a catfish dinner. Sides since cut in half. Are now less then the previous kids meal portions. (When you order to go or curbside.) Solution would've been easy to simply remake the order correctly. However that option wasn't offered. Stay away from this location or Ocharleys altogether. As I was told they where advised to cut portions in half.
