Sadly this location was permanently closing the next day!
This was my second time ordering this the first was not right. But this time was perfect. Steak was cooked great. Burger had the bacon on it this time. Very good job!!!
I had a teriyaki salmon bowl, it was good. My husband had a 6 oz sirloin steak, which we have had before at other O Charley's, he wasn't impressed, said, steak didn't have a lot of flavor.
We had a group of nine meet for lunch last week. They were able to accommodate us in a reasonable amount of time and our server had taken care of us previously in a visit for lunch. She is a very professional, great personality, and gets us taken care of quickly. Our food was out in a phenomenal amount of time and was very good. No one had a complaint of any kind. Parking: Even on Sunday when many people go after church for lunch, we have never had a problem getting a parking place. Wheelchair accessibility: A few months ago one of our ladies had broken her leg and was in a wheelchair for a while. She came to lunch with us on one of our visits to O’Charleys. She was easily accommodated, no problem at all.
The only complaint I have is that we did not get our rolls in time , before our meal the asparagus was little, and the rolls was flat.
Went on Sunday, food and service was exceptional. Fresh and hot.
These people are closing possibly for lack of effort.
Edit: The manager, Joe, reached out and apologized for our experience. I'm grateful that he took the time to follow up and offered to make things right. Extremely slow service. We only saw our server twice. Had to ask the manager for our ticket. Didn't receive salads and my daughter's steak was completely raw.
