Seemed really short staffed. The people that were there were nice, but in an uncrowded restaurant it took forever to get in and out

I feel like this rating is based on my last 5 experiences. Steak was to be medium rare to medium as we always ask for it to be, and got it well done as they seem to always deliver it to the table. Chicken tenders are obviously just sitting under a heat lamp all day as I’ve had fair food more fresh than what has become of those famous tenders. I literally took one bite of the tender salad and spit it back out and left it on the table. By far the worst Long Islands around town. Servers are always sweet and i hope they all find other restaurants to work at where the kitchen and bar will not negatively impact the experience they are trying so hard to provide guests.

Less than impressed with the food. I've been there 3 times and have yet to be impressed.

The server took forever to bring us our drinks not to mention our food and when my food came out I was served raw shrimp and now I am sick I will never eat here again now I have to go to. The dock because I think I was food poisoned from eat raw shrimp, how do your cooks make a mistake like that, you could a serious pit someone in the hospital, I plan to take this issue as far as I can, I have video evidence and proof of the raw shrimp and the server and management admits that the shrimp is raw, the only reason I’m not posting it on here is because it’s not allowing me at the moment

Went in for dinner at 8:45 we ordered the California salad with salmon! We didn’t get our food until 10:22 mind you there is no way possible it took that long to get a salad I watched the waitress bring the table in front of us there food her whole ponytail was in there plates I was disgusted! Everyone inside was frustrated at the wait it took to receive orders! The waitress was friendly but they were outside more then they were inside! We definitely won’t be back

As we entered the restaurant, firemen were exiting as the fire alarm had been triggered. This should have been our cue to leave, but we had left Lamberts to avoid the long wait. The hostess acted as though she did not understand what we had came for. She kept looking across two dining rooms full of empty tables as if they were at full occupancy. After finally being seated, our waitress came to the table and verbally argued with us about what drinks to order for our children. As our drinks hit the table we ordered and did not see our waitress again until we were almost through with our meal. The bartender had brought us our food and refilled our drinks. I thanked him for his hospitality and for picking up the slack. I asked if the waitress had walked out and left them short-staffed. He said he did not know where she had wandered off to but he was glad to help us. When the waitress did finally show up, I had turned around to look at the bar area. She approached the table with an attitude asking "Do you need something? I saw you looking around like you were acting like you needed something so what is it?". I said "No, the bartender and the manager have refilled our drinks and brought our food so we do not need anything else. I was just wondering where you had gone to." She walked off while mouthing at us. We paid and left.

We ate at the bar for quick service. Our bartender was excellent. The food service was extremely slow for lunch time. My salmon was cooked like a well done steak. Bad food. Dietary restrictions: The bartender was very cautious with my order due to multiple food allergies.

Our server was absolutely AMAZING. The food was basic. I had the "seasoned" pork chops which tasted like they had forgotten the seasoning. Loaded Mac&Cheese was hot but disappointing. But overall, service was friendly and fast.
