Meal was okay. The larger steak was very good but the 6 ounce sirloin was a bit tough and hard to chew. Everything else was good especially the salad was very fresh and tasty. Service was good as well.

Losing their touch on the franchise race...

i always enjoy o’charley’s, but tonight was especially great. riley is a TOP NOTCH server, and i hope we sit in her section again!

I have eaten at many a sit down restaurant where it feels like you have to ask for every little thing, even refills, but that was not the case here. Server Denyse was friendly, personable, and very attentive. She brought our little table of three about a dozen rolls and extra butter without even being requested. Later, another waiter brought out the soup I ordered to replace the side of fries with my burger. When the meal came though, they had accidentally prepared another bowl of soup, so they let us have it for free and my friend ate it. Everything served was hot, fresh, and delicious. Denyse even swapped some stories with us as I filled out the check. High recommend this O'Charley's!
