O'Charley's Restaurant & Bar

We received great service and tasty food.

I was very impressed with my first visit to the O'Charleys in Cookeville. The restaurant was very clean with a very comfortable ambiance. The food was delicious and came out very fast. Both my sister and I ordered fish/shellfish dishes and they were cooked to perfection! The highlight was our server Sam. She was attentive, friendly, and responsive to our requests. I look forward to my next visit.

New post. Stopped by for an early dinner. Place was pretty empty but that was a good thing. Had their wonderful California Chicken Salad which was fresh and yummy. My server was a very sweet young girl who was perfectly attentive. I quietly had my supper and red my book. Just one distraction...the music was too loud.

First time ever eating here was my birthday dinner. I had a triple combo steak, ribs, and tenders. The steak I ordered medium came out well done but was still okay. The ribs were seasoned and sauced very well if you like a hint of taco taste on you ribs "to much cumin" and were still stiff enough I had to cut them apart no fall off the bone here. The tenders were great, the seasoning was well balanced with a light to medium breading. The loaded baked potato is a joke and not worth an extra 2.49. The broccoli was steamed and still had a slight crisp. The chicken bacon ranch quesadilla's they are very good. The service was OK not great no refills on the whole table while there and waited 20min just to get the check to be able to pay to leave, needs work. Kid-friendliness: They have a kids menu and it comes with crayons.

Haven’t been here in a while so decided to give it another shot! Prices seem to have risen quite a bit but proportions were minimal. Pretty good service other than the host! Very friendly staff otherwise and probably will return!

Traveled here from Chicago to participate in R.A.M (Remote Area Medical) w/ our students (Dental Hygiene). Our staff & I had dinner here & EVERYTHING was great! Our server was attentive & provided excellent service. The atmosphere was amazing. The food was great in proportion & worth the prices. We were not disappointed. Thank you, Tennessee, for your hospitality.

Probably the easiest place to get into and the food is always good. No one has better potato soup that I have ever found.

All went well with our visit. A super cute waiter was an unexpected bonus. He was charming. Bent over backwards to make sure he did it right. And very attentive. Food was tasty, served hot, and generous portions. Overall a very good experience. It was also free pie Wednesday. Yum!
