O'Charley's Restaurant & Bar

I arrived to this location about 5 minutes ago and my daughter and I stood at the hostess stand for 5 minutes. About 5 to 6 employees looked at us but no one came over to greet or seat us. We left. Extremely poor service and the entrance area was littered with paper and food.

I went out here for my grandmothers birthday. I ordered a hot toddy because I get the worst allergies this time of year. Manny took the order but the food runner/drink runner brought it to me and said “he told me to give it to the pregnant one.” When I looked at her she indicated it was a joke. No matter how you spin that… its not a joke. She either shamed me for getting a drink while pregnant… for the record I am not pregnant. Or, you think I look pregnant which is further insulting to someone who isnt. Otherwise everything else was okay.

Went for lunch with friends and had a wonderful experience! Tisha was our waitress and exceptional in every way. She should be training wait staff on how it’s done.

Great bartenders, fabulous Club Sandwich.

Good food, small portions

Just got an email this morning that this location has closed down. Going to miss my Saturday lunches here.
