Dustin is still there but I see t8he quality of the wait staff seems to have gone8 down.Amanda is a great bartender and Susan does a good job. Lunch kitchen does a good job but night staff seems to have issues with getting orders out in a timely manner. Brunch is starting soon so hope that helps. To go orders still has a problem getting orders right. Seems to be headed in same direction as the chain. I am sure Charley Watkins,founder of O Charleys is rolling over in his grave.HEARD a rumor this store may be closing early Jan. Do not know if this is true or not Vegetarian options: Are good sometimes seem overcooked Kid-friendliness: Have kids coloring sheets but menu kids selections lacking

Dustin was our server and when he said “he would take care of us” he meant it! Absolutely stellar service and amazing food cooked to perfection. I go to lots of O’Charley’s restaurants since there is none near me now and, this has to be the best one by far not one complaint! I am a highly satisfied customer.

I want to thank the young man that helped us yesterday 10/8/23 the manager sucked the corn was good but they put too much salt on it

I found a bug in my drink and a bug in my pie. Manager said it would be fine and offered me a 10 dollar coupon to come back and eat more bugs lol. I paid full price by the way

Came here two nights while in town, and I must say it was a very pleasant experience. The service was courteous and reasonably fast. Prices were also not bad. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star was because of cleanliness. Tables, chairs, and menus were terrible sticky, and when we asked them to clean them, they only wiped over half and sprayed us with the solution in the bottle

Ordered a Grapefruit margarita that came at the same time as my dish after my husband asked twice for my drink and tasted like a regular margarita nothing special about it. Ordered a “new” steak and pasta dish…. Horrible dish pasta cold steak overcooked and dry. Never coming back.

The food and service was great. I had sirloin steak, baked potato and salad. The steak was so tender and juicy. We will definitely go back.
