Bartender was busy and thats fine, but after i got my food she was too busy talking to a guy at the bar to look over and see i had nothing to drink even though i was right next to her. Couldnt finish my dinner without something to drink so i paid and left. Maybe it was bad timing but ruined it for me, wont be back.

The food was great and the waitress was wonderful.

Early afternoon, not too busy, sat in bar area, bartender took great care of us. Food was hot , fresh, and on time.

The food was delicious, the experience was unpleasant, we arrived at 5:18 p.m. to take a table, they served the food until 8 at night, we were a table of 6 adults with 4 children, the restaurant was at half capacity, I don't understand what happened, just that they could not cope

Short handed so service slow. Appetizers came out a couple of minutes before food. So food cold by the time we were ready to eat. Check was $104, and expected much more from O'Charley's!!!!
