I stopped going here a year or so ago, I was not satisfied with the quality of the food or the service..As a restaurant owner it was disappointing. I saw something on the menu today and thought I’d stop in. The food was incredible. Balsamic Chicken was very tender, juicy and flavorful. The servings were adequately proportioned. Our Server Tamara was so spot on I left her a 50% tip. I asked for the manager to compliment the young lady. As we spoke I found out he was recently awarded the management position from being a cook..I was impressed with him helping his servers run food, and his knowledge of the position he now carries. His name was Gavin and he’s definitely attentive to the customers and staff! What a change. I will be going back. Way to go Carrollton O’Charleys

Kanyon was the best waiter at O’Charleys in Carrollton. Very nice, very prompt, and we always had refills. The food was great and he made it an amazing experience. Will definitely go back.

Had the best night out. Our Server Kanyon was amazing, friendly and very up beat. Between us laughing and him making us laugh. It was a great night. Will definitely come back as long as we have our awesome server.😊
