Our food was amazing. The steaks were good exactly like we wanted and our broccoli was perfectly steamed. Our waiter, Elijah, very attentive and quick for our requests! Best service and good I have had in a while! Thanks!

Olicia, our Sunday lunch bartender and server is fantastic! Great attitude, great service. We now stick to this restaurant for our Sunday lunch just because of her and the food.

We ate here for Easter lunch and enjoyed it. The kids ate chicken tenders and mac and cheese, which were delicious. Adults ate from the brunch menu and highly recommend the chicken biscuit. We were greeted promptly by the hostess and seated at a booth. We were not greeted by anyone for a good ten minutes. We had decided on our food by the time the waitress came to ask us for our drink order. We ordered 2 waters, a club sandwich and a burger. The waitress came back with 1 water and asked what the other drink was, no problem we all forgot things. When she brought out the glass of water, we were informed that there were no rolls ready but should be out soon. Understandable since we had missed just lunch hour. Twenty minutes later the waitress comes to inform us that it will be a little while because the burger patties had been frozen and were now ready to cook. By this time we had been there for over 30 minutes without any food. We asked to speak to the manager, who came out and said the dough for the rolls had been over proofed and that she could comp the burger. We canceled the order, because we had already been there for 40 minutes and needed to get back to work. Went next door to Longhorn, had an appetizer and steaks, all with in 35 minutes. Avoid this restaurant unless you have time for a leisurely meal and are able to deal with staff that doesn’t care about providing customer service.

Ocharleys take out misses every time. I have given them multiple chances, everywhere has an off night. My food has been wrong the last 3x and the manager (Matt??) could care less each time he is who I’ve spoken to and he acts annoyed that I call about my food being wrong. No offer of any discount or anything, just well if you want the right food drive back here and pick it up. Will not be back.

NEVER order door dash with this place absolutely awful and missing food items. I have not ate here in forever because it smells like a hospital cafeteria and tables are always sticky. Tonight we ordered Door dash and gave them another shot. BIG mistake. Food was cold and of course missing items. This place used to be very good and consistent many years ago but unfortunately has fell off a cliff.
