Ocean View Bar & Grill

We did not know this was a restaurant in a hotel lobby. Disappointed in the evening view. They did not have mixed greens so several menu salads were not available. Hubby got blackened Mahi tacos, which he liked. I got the Baja chicken tacos and was not impressed. Oh well! Our last night in Solano Beach was not what we expected. Service was very attentive.

Happened by here driving through San Diego, and found live music, great service and a welcoming atmosphere. We were probably under dressed, but no one called us out on it

It is worth the drive to eat breakfast. The omelet is large enough to share so you can split the French toast, too. Tje burger was good but the nachos are not.. Good atmosphere with good views. Very relaxing environment. Great service.

The Bar tender was very nice and food was amazing. Came back the next day and he remembered the drinks and names. Will be coming back on the next business trip.

A little stodgy…leans a bit older. I missed the sunset which is what I was there for, I’m sure it’s great. I’ll go back and try and catch the views.

Great spot, beautiful view with great cocktails and appetizers. Kid-friendliness: Nice outdoor seating makes it family friendly
