Ocean Pho

The food was ok but the customer service was horrible from the waitress. I wish that I knew her name so that I could post it. She was rude with us but not so much with the other patrons, so my wife and I noticed. First of all, when we arrived, she told us that we could only sit at the smaller tables since it was only two of us in our party. We went along with that, however, when others came in right behind us, with only two in their party, they were told that they may sit at any table they choose. Oh really!!! Secondly, when she took our order, her attitude was less than desirable. When she delivered our food she said nothing at all and when she slid us the check, again, she said nothing. We also noticed that she wasn't this way with others. Now, is it because I'm Black and my wife is Mexican/Caucasian? If I wasn't saved, I would have said some things to her that would make her go home crying. I Pray that she would mature and get to know the Lord Jesus and get rid of that hate within her.

Placed a take out order tonight. It came extremely late, the restaurant was about to close and the order wasn't even on its way. The extra egg rolls we were charged extra for did not show up in the order. The 4 that did arrive were still warm but very mushy inside and not crispy. The crepes were nearly all sprouts with practically no pork or shrimp, and the diced beef was 1/3 beef and 2/3 soggy sloppy bell peppers and onions. I doubt it would've been any better in the restaurant. Don't waste your money here. Get some real viet food from Pho T&T.

Decent food. Only 2 star cuz they don't have the real Sriracha. Only have the knock off and it don't make the pho taste the same

Food was pretty good but I had to reheat it because I had to jump my wife's car after the battery unexpectedly died. Still worth a revisit.

I had rare steak soup, pho with combination, fried rice, chicken beef, shrimp and pork. Everything was excellent great price and they even have oxtail soup my favorite I’m coming back.!!!!!!

No wonder no one was in there. I came here to get food and it wasn’t to my liking so I did what anyone else would do if they didn’t like an item that wasn’t to their liking. Get a refund. I told the man in the front that it wasn’t to my liking, he tried to say they just made it fresh and that nothing was wrong with. #1: the spring rolls had nothing but rice noodles & shrimp in it, no vegetables at all. #2: he wasn’t trying to hear me out and thought just because it was fresh. It was okay. They need to practice better customer service and not try to go back n forth with the customer. Now I remember why I stop going to this small chain restaurant. Plus he barely seemed like he didn’t even want to be there
