Ocean Pho

Frequent spot when I want to go out for dinner. Always have fast service and it's always on point. Recommend

So sad :( I usually love Ocean Pho but today I did not have a great experience. My husband and I came for lunch and he ordered #1 beef tripe and I ordered #16 chicken pho. As I was eating I noticed a tiny bug in my soup and they replaced my pho for me. However, as I was looking through the soup in my new bowl I noticed ANOTHER BUG . After that we just gave up eating and left. I guess the only saving grace is that they didn't charge me for my pho and gave my husband a slight discount. But how do you have bugs in two separate bowls of pho?? I can only assume the whole pot of broth is infested and who knows if they continued to serve it to customers after we left.... At least the servers were nice but the restaurant really needs to pay attention to their hygiene..
