Oc & Lau Restaurant

Very disappointed. The food didn’t seem to be freshly cooked after we ordered, but pre cooked instead. We ordered grilled shrimp, grilled squid, fried rice and all of them were not hot/warm at all when served, but nearly cold. You can easily tell that the food was cooked at least 1h or 2h ago instead of freshly cooked.

This is always a place whenever we have out-of-state or out-of-country visitors. The food is good and service is decent. But the wait for dinner time is always long. Come before 5pm or after 8pm is best to get seated.

I went there during Tết, and it was extremely busy, it took us 2 hours waiting in the yelp line, so don't come during the holiday if you can. However, the food was amazing, the soft shell Krabs, coconut snails, and snail salad. Every dish has amazing flavor, heavy coconut flavor on the snails. They even gave free desserts for the new year which was nice. I will come back for sure to try some of their other dishes. Parking: Parking is difficult during holidays so get there early, other days should be fine

The food look good but tast not as good. The host so rule. I even don’t want to talk about them.
