Bartenders do a good job but the hostesses or whoever takes food orders does horrible. On multiple occasions i have ordered, paid, and waited nearly an hour for Not What I ordered. They have no communication with the kitchen , tell you 10 minutes then you wait at your table for an hour. Most of the menu items are OUT OF STOCK and seem to NEVER, be in stock. Good cheap drinks, fast service from bartenders. Tip well. Bad dj's. We'll hear ad's on their spotify or full bad empty silences. Every time the dj tries to stop the music for people to yell out the word, it fails miserably and the vibe gets thrown off. Pool is fun. Hookah is fun, if not overpriced. Wheelchair accessibility: It's in a basement there is no way people with leg issues can get down. Stairs only.

I like this “ultra lounge”, I think it’s a decent environment and they usually play great music. The bar can be a little meh sometimes because the bartenders don’t always know what they’re doing and there really aren’t enough of them to deal with the demand. The biggest issue I’ve had is how the security treats people. The security does appear to be a separate hired company, however, I witnessed them throwing out very intoxicated people into -30 weather without asking them if they had coats or someone there with them. These were not people causing fights or were a danger to themselves or others. I really hope the managers of the establishment consider this and can find ways to treat their patrons in a much safer manner, especially since for really drunk people, being thrown out all alone can be life threatening.

I’m disappointed by the staffing choices. Tianna is not at all concerned about the safety of anyone here. Very rude and discriminatory, experiencing this treatment towards a paying customer is definitely a deterrent.

Admins on social media do not share actual hours of operation, despite being requested. They just post fire emojis, and comment “lets goooo”.

Nice spots..bartenders were friendly Some stalls and hand towel or hand dryer in the men's washrooms would be nice though

Disgusting. The floor was so sticky my feet were pulling up the floor boards

Pre paid for tickets to a Halloween social held here. Was refused entry for 35 minutes, standing outside in -5 weather cause they were selling walk up tickets for a higher price to people that just showed up. There was space inside but would not let people in cause they were “cleaning”. This lasted 35 minutes despite people at the front saying that the stairs were clear.

Came here first and last time, bouncer harassing me while I was under the influence and when I told him to leave me alone he proceeded to kick me out of club and had put a city wide ban on me because I told him he was fat

Place always runs out of ice. The drinks are warm. There’s no AC on. I watched multiple fights go on outside, bouncers couldn’t handle it. Even the little owner guy came out and started mouthing off to people. Looser establishment all around don’t waste your time here.
