Oasis Diner

Did not live up to the Hype. + Handcraft is soda was good + Friendly staff - The outside of the building smelt like a sewage in the middle of the city. - All the food except for the drinks in the sampler somehow had the same off flavor... (Maybe old cooking oil?) - The off taste of the food in both sandwiches made it so that neither me nor my wife could eat the rest of the food. - Pricey Two meals with drinks were fifty bucks. With all things considered, the Oasis may have been something great years ago. But there's definitely corners being cut. And you can taste it in the food and you can smell it in the air. I don't recommend eating here, about an hour later. We're all sick, and the only thing we've eaten was from here

Stopped in for lunch on a Sunday a little after 11 a.m. I was happy to see they were busy and only had 2 tables available. The restaurant was very clean and all the team was busy hustling from one customer to another. I ordered a breaded tenderloin and french fries. It was served hot and was so delicious. Loved the garlic mayo on top of the most tender tenderloin. Breading did not overpower and the brioche bun held together. French fries were tasty and all in all a great eating experience. Fun and welcoming restaurant to visit. I highly recommend.

Loved it! Huge tenderloin sandwich homemade butterscotch root beer. Too full for desert :)

A good meal of food

The tenderloin is awesome.

I love this diner, as a person who is younger and missed out on the diner area. I love seeing it and seeing the older population here leads me to believe that it's a very legit place. Their sandwhiches gave huge pieces of meat and it was amazing Vegetarian options: I think they only had grilled cheese and fries and salad!

We have eaten here before. It's been a while but this time ⏲️ it wasn't very good . I started getting painful cramps in my low stomach. Almost doubling over. This continues through the evening. Then I had horrible diarrhea through the night. I'm never paying over 32.00 for bad food from here again.

Oasis is good but the amount of sirloin they put on their Manhattan isn't enough meat for what they charge. I don't even think it was four ounces of sirloin. Tasty bignettes and fries and shakes though.

I am not mean-spirited, but I do not recommend eating here. All four of us in our party were disappointed. I ordered a cheeseburger. The burger was raw and the lettuce was wilted. The other person who ordered a cheeseburger also found it raw and the lettuce wilted. Two other of us had tenderloins. We also had fries and onion rings. The tenderloin, fries, and onion rings all were oil fried. The oil was so used and old, all the items tasted soapy. This means they didn't change the oil when they should have. The portions were small. We had been excited to come to a 1950s diner. But there was nothing positive about our experience. The pies were terrible and each portion tiny. Perhaps we were there on the wrong day, but this many wrong things cannot be a coincidence.
