We had bread treats, cake pops and fruit tarts. We had to warm up the bread 15 secs in the microwave so they can taste better. Everything else tasted fine. BUT The service here is horrible. Horrible. I won’t be coming back, doesn’t matter how good the food is.
Tort zakupiony na urodziny niestety byl kwasny,masa smierdziala. Nie dalo sie tego zjesc,jak mozna takie cos sprzedawac ! A specjalnie sie pytalam czy nie jest zamrozony! Zapewniano mnie ze nie,nie jest.
Prices are insane. This is sick, I paid over $32 for 4 Rogal Marcinski, which tbh is worth quarter of the price max, because does not taste and is not filled like a $8 piece.
They sale frozen cakes, really not worth what you pay for
Their baked goods are always fresh, fluffy, and full of flavor. Whether it`s the pastries, cakes, or bread, each bite feels like a taste of pure indulgence.
The 2 younger girls, start giving an attitude and rase their voice when i want to ask a simple questions where cakes come from! When i asked a number of manager or owner they refused to provide to contact manager and tell about accident! I would like to really speak to the manager, as there is no right to treat not as costumers but also human like this in US.
If ZERO was an option I would choose that. Worst customer service EVER. They don't care if you are happy with what you bought or not, they just care about making money. My wife bought a small cake (6" round) here for her brother's birthday, and the cake was full of buttercream filler, and barely any actually cake. The cake cost $50, so you expect it to be good. We took it back to them, which was still 60% untouched, to let them know weren't happy with the quality due to the lack of actual cake. The Manager did not care and refused to do anything for my wife, not a partial refund, or offer another cake, or even a credit for a future occasion. I am big on customer service, and I still believe you should try to try to take care of the customer the best you can, and the mere fact that this manager could care less about the satisfaction of a customer to be happy with their own product to want to return is validation enough that they don't our business again.
