1st time visiting the venue, very easy to find being in the shopping centre. Staff very helpful and knowledgeable. Facilities where well maintained and clean. However location of merch stand was very practical as a small area just before entering main area can cause a bottleneck. Otherwise very impressive venue will definitely come again.

Hate the queuing, always queuing , also had a pack of polo's confiscated , maybe they could have been weaponised, who knows , venue itself is good enough , good sound good views , bar a bit pricey , do have some good bands though

On my arrival I was greeted by a fantastic team Mahad,Natasha and Husayn who treated me with such compassion and care as I had a stroke a year ago they made sure I was not standing in the queue for long and made sure I had the best spot in the house!! I was shown to the meet and greet and everyone was so patient with me. This was definitely the best venue and service I’ve ever had in my life! Thank you all! 10/10

Nice small venue. Drinks are as expensive as you would expect and there is nowhere to smoke... Get your nicotine in before you enter :)

Husayn and team were wonderful. He was really friendly and had a cool hat. I was well looked after. The disabled area was in good view of the stage and easy access to water. It was my first time out to a gig by myself for a long time. And i was pleasantly surprised. I had a great night! Some things to work on: 1) please provide notification of strobe lighting and also keep it away from the disabled area! Light sensitivity is not fun and dangerous for others. Husayn said it wasnt mentioned in the briefing. Please be proactive and ask. 2) if you see a disabled person queuing, please think to ask them if a chair would help. Rather then them have to ask. Simple things make a big difference 3) i dont understand why the venue was only partly accessible. I appreciated the lift up to the venue. But then there were stairs to and from the toilets. And it felt like a bit of a gauntlet to get there because of where the access area was. All in all, I was really anxious about attending the event and the staff made my night. The music was obviously great and the showmanship. I love nanowar! But it was the care and consideration shown to me that would make me want to come back :) Keep up the good work!
