NU Kitchen Worcester

Vile. Absolutely one of the most disgusting kitchens I've ever had the displeasure of working in. MASSIVE fruit fly and rat problem. The kitchen is FILTHY. take a gander underneath the line when you walk in, you'll see what I'm talking about. This place is seriously grimy. I've seen people touch raw meat/fish and then touch vegan food without changing gloves or washing hands. The grout lines are thick with rotting food. The dressings sit in the walk in for 2 months plus before getting served to customers. Most of the time there is no hot water. The dishes hardly get washed or sanitized, then they sit on the floor waiting to be used again. Containers that held raw chicken get used to store fruits and veggies without being sanitized properly. Everything about that kitchen is a mess. The electrical work looks like it was set up to kill someone. Management is totally incompetent. They care more about inside-out shirts than crumbling walls, vermin, filthy floors, lack of hot water/water pressure. I've worked whole shifts with a dishwasher having NO SOAP!! When the kitchen gets cleaned at night, they drag a dirty mop around the whole restaurant (including the bathroom (which always stinks bc a lack of ventilation/adequate cleaning)) without changing the mop water. This entire place is a joke and is hanging on by a thread. I've worked in a lot of kitchens. Trust me, this place is nasty. For your own health and safety - DO NOT EAT HERE.

We used to come here all the time, on the weekends. I do come occasionally during the week - and it’s on point. We’ve been coming here for years but this was the last bad experience- especially Saturdays. So much mayo on the sandwich it was gross. The protein shakes are good but the quality of everything is way down. Cannot get an order straight, for some reason. Not being mean but it was wayyyyy better before and it’s not cheap either for quality but the quality isn’t there anymore especially on weekends. So maybe come back for the juice and the protein shakes but that’s about it unfortunately —unless it’s a weekday. I don’t know if it’s different staff but it seems like it is. Sorry but this is the case. We gave it 3 more tries on a Saturday and forget it.

We have been going here since they opened. In the beginning, it was amazing, over the past year the quality of the food and the service has significantly decreased. Every time we go they screw up our order. We keep giving them more chances and it doesn’t get any better. For the amount of money you pay it is not the quality you should be getting. The only thing that has been consistent are the drinks.
