Novo Coffee is an excellent, coffee-forward café in Denver. I highly recommend visiting their cafés and the roastery. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly! I bought a demitasse and some freshly-roasted coffee. Thanks for the impromptu tour!
Stock up on Denver’s best bulk whole bean coffee from all over the world.
Online it says they serve coffee, they don’t. I asked the salesperson a question about their coffee and they said they don’t know the details of the process. They don’t know about their beans and they don’t serve coffee. Go somewhere else.
I took the brewing class and it was informative. The instructor was knowledgeable and fave clear answers to all the questions. My favorite part was trying different brews of coffee to tell which coffee tasted horrible and which tasted great and what made them that way.
Best coffee! Very nice people. Bulk coffee only. Not a coffee shop.
Just stopped by (didn't take a class there). It's their roastery- so they don't serve coffee other than some excellent (and free) nitro cold brew on tap. Whole beans are available on sale. There are tours and classes - according to an employee there - they have a $20 tour on Fridays that includes a bag of beans (although didn't go myself).
I booked a "seed to cup" class for my husband's birthday (I sent my husband and a friend). Novo charged $85 per person for the general public. I thought perhaps they would be offered a free cup of coffee or a small bag of their favorite roast. It was a lame course that they put on for employees and just charge an outrageous amount to the public. The cost should be $20-25 for simple experience, not $85. My husband said the person leading it was very nice, kudos to the leader. I do not recommend taking this tour. Spend your $85 on several bags of coffee at another roastery.
I've had 3 different Novo coffees mailed to me this year via Trade Coffee subscription and all 3 have been incredible
Very friendly staff, place was easy to find! Just needed to pick up an order and it was so easy ☺️
