Nothing Bundt Cakes

I went in and there was no seating which I guess is ok for people. It tastes delicious when I get it for fundraisers. But I tried to go in and get an order and they said “we don’t give our silverware.” How?!!! I didn’t even know with the health department that a restaurant could NOT Have plastic silverware?! Like who would walk in with their own fork??! Update: I tried to look it up on the county restaurant compliance website and this store was listed “application in process” and didn’t show any inspections on file for the agency

I gave 3 stars for lack of customer service. After paying for my cake I asked for a fork. I was told "we can't give those out". So I wasn't able to eat my cake until I made it back to my hotel room and get a fork from somewhere else. RIDICULOUS!!! I really started to ask for a refund. I was there at approximately 3:30 Feb 15th, 2024.

Terrrible! How do you come to a dessert establishment and they have no utensils nor napkins. In disbelief.. however did see a display for plates and forks but it’s a cost.

Really good cakes, I always recommend the strawberry one. I've interacted with the staff on various occasions, however, and they really lack an inviting personal touch. They tend to have an backhanded entitled tone when I talk to them. It's so strange. Please do better!
