I love their cakes but this time I was disappointed about the presentation. Someone failed to perform a quality control check. The cake is lopsided and thrown together. I hope this does not happen again.

Such wonderful little cakes no matter which franchise I visit. The Richardson location team is friendly and welcoming. I was able to pop in and out in less than 10 minutes!

This store goes the extra mile! The owner, Kathy, went above and beyond to make sure we had our cake for my son’s bday. She is just wonderful!!!!!
