Nothing Bundt Cakes

Delicious!!!

I really love the cakes here. The only downside is that I couldn’t get less than a dozen bundtini which is what I have pictured below. I just have me to buy for. Sure I could get a size bigger, but I wanted more than one flavor. Wishing they would have like a half dozen option. Also if you don’t want the standard box of flavors and want to pick your own, there is an up charge. With all that said, the cakes themselves are always moist and flavorful. Love the icing as well. Definitely worth trying!

This is a message to the owner. Please train your employees to be nice and less condescending.. especially when we bring valid questions about promotions, rewards program and flavors… my family had many special occasions where we ordered from NBC including our own wedding and many birthdays and anniversary celebrations. Tonight it supposed to be another one. A birthday of my veteran husband. But we had such a poor costumer service from your cashier that it left us with a sour taste in our mouth instead. We traveled 1h 7min to get 4 cakes from you guys and it was the last time. Again, this is to the owner: I believe you have a great product to sell but your staff needs simple manners. He is not to important to questions and definitely shouldn’t make us feel bad or “less than” for seeking simple information.

This is the first time I’ve ever been to a Nothing Bundt Cake location that sells cakes but offers no spoons. You would think that would be something they would have available. Especially since it is an individual cake and costs 5.50$. Passive aggressive and rude. Won’t be returning.

This three stars is for my visit yesterday only! Otherwise y’all have always been 5 stars for me. I had asked that my five individual Bundt cakes have extra frosting like I always do—this time real disappointing. Seems like less than even a normal Bundt cake. And your boy up front seemed weird/put out when I requested two of my cakes be put in a separate little bag(treat/surprise for buddies of mine). I had to explain to him with his raised eyebrow ‍♀️. But, the lady was very pleasant/normal great.

Went to pick up my online order 30 minutes ago and the cashier was rude and didn’t act like she wanted to do anything or answer questions or wanted to help when asked. If she does not want to work there then she should not be there. The cakes were good though. But the customer service was horrible. I don’t think I would want to come back in store, I would rather have them delivered . The first impression was not it.
