Nothing Bundt Cakes

My brother is stationed at Nellis Airforce base and I wanted to send him a cake because he is away from family and friends. I ordered a delivery order and the employee said they would put a note to have it delivered in the afternoon as I requested. After the delivery driver called me to tell me he was unable to deliver the cakes, I called to ask why it was delivered first thing in the morning. I was told that it's up to the delivery driver when he wants to deliver your order. Super frustrating that I paid a $15 delivery fee for my brother's birthday cake that was not able to be delivered because the delivery driver decided to drop it off before the note had said. We'll see if I ever order again...

This is the worst Nothing Bundt Cake in the country. Not only did they oversell and underestimate their Thanksgiving supply; they made no concessions or accommodations for customers. A complete rip-off. You can't falsely advertise a service and not provide. They will call the DAY off pickup to let you know that they are out. Due to their carelessness, you have no choice but to cancel because they will not discount for not providing you with what you pre-paid for. HORRIBLE. No apologies given. Complete dissatisfaction.

Great customer service! Went in to get a few bundlets and walked out with a few more plus an insulated bag. Caleb - great personality. Very cheerful and kept a smile on his face. Quality cakes!!!!

I absolutely LOVE Nothing Bundt Cakes. I've been coming to this location since middle school (so about 20 years now). Every time the staff is so friendly and I always get my favorite flavor chocolate chocolate chip. It's incredibly delicious each time. I love the icing they use and they use a ton of it. I can't get enough! I'm gonna keep coming year another 20 years and then some
