Nothing Bundt Cakes

On Thursday, March 7, 2024, around 2:50 pm, I had an awful experience at this location. While waiting in line, a lady was being served by the cashier. As I waited I was on FaceTime, speaking quietly, showing a friend the different cake flavors available. Heidi, the manager, seemed very aggravated and asked in a loud tone, "Can I help you?" It wasn't pleasant; it felt more like questioning why I came into their establishment. I told her what I wanted and she placed it in a bag and placed it on the counter . After stating my order, her demeanor remained unpleasant with a very smirk on across her face. She instructed me to move up in line with another customer who was using a walker and still in front of me. I explained that I had to wait for the customer in front to move first. She then walked away. I decided to abandon my purchase. As I left, she told me to have a good day with a smile, as if she had accomplished something positive. I don't usually leave reviews, but I felt compelled to share this experience.

The customer service was amazing. All of their cakes are moist and taste delicious. Recently I have been hooked on their strawberries and cream Bundt cake. My favorites change a lot because of how good they are.

To start off, I’d like to say that the cakes are wonderful. They are spongy, moist, and flavorful. The best one is the Lemon flavored cake. The red velvet, chocolate, and white chocolate raspberry all are equally fine but the lemon overruns them. The downside of the cakes is the frosting vanilla frosting. It is much too sweet and too much is put on the cakes. It is a mediocre frosting and should absolutely be changed to something else. The website is relatively confusing to use and the phone number does not reach the store it just gives you automated options. Otherwise, the cakes are great and worth visiting someday. I wouldn’t come back here again though.

I love their cakes etc!! However, their website is horrible for ordering and logging in. Every single time I try to order, it takes forever . I am on WiFi every time and it doesn’t matter if I’m on my phone or laptop. I dont understand the problem. It’s so frustrating. They really need an app!!! I think it would be so much better.

Wow! Absolutely wonderful! Wonderful staff, store and cake....and the icing! What a delight! Will be back!

Got a raspberry lemon cake last minute for my husband's birthday. Super friendly, helpful service and it was delicious. He isn't normally big on sweets but ate two whole slices and I caught him swiping frosting off the cake plate after!

It's always a pleasure getting cakes from here. Staff is always helpful. It's worth a try.
