Nothing Bundt Cakes

Good cakes, poor customer service. Accusing customers of making up a last name that is somehow in the system and has ordered ahead is one heck of a way to treat a customer.

We have always enjoyed the taste of nothing bundt cakes. This last time, we got 12 buntines for my son's birthday party and we forgot candles. Was able to get them in the store, and then they even gave us matches for free. Helped the event go well.

Had it for the first time today, got the red velvet and the Oreo one. They are amazing super moist and the perfect amount of icing. I liked the cream cheese icing on the red velvet cake it was super good and not overly sweet. The Oreo cake was super good as well. Definitely have to come back and try more flavors! Edit: December 24th, I got two red velvets since we loved that flavor, the chocolate chips in the red velvet tasted burnt, the whole bundt cake was super dry and tasted like chemicals. The cream cheese icing tasted like a vanilla butter cream and not like cream cheese icing and it seemed like there was barely any icing on the dry cake. Hopefully it was just a bad batch but I wish I can get my money back for the two cakes. They were awful, both were thrown out :(

They are getting everything right!

Terrible customer service with no common sense. My wife just bought one of their expensive cakes (they are good) but the clerk wouldn’t give her s five cent bag to protect the fancy box from the windy downpour of rain right now because she didn’t have her wallet on her to pay the five cent bag fee. Write, use some common sense. We will visit other franchises in the future when we need a gourmet cake.

I will be glad when I can mix and match the 12 cupcakes. They tried to force me into getting an assortment that I didn't want. Rigid customer service and sales. Thankfully there are other cupcakes in the area.

I had the worst customer service experience at this location. Luna, the young lady at the front desk was extremely condescending and rude from the start. After placing an order for a dozen small cakes, she explained to me that I needed to provide my phone number because the wait was going to be 15 to 20 minutes. I politely declined to provide my phone number and explained to her that I'll be around and I don't feel comfortable providing it. She then proceeded to rudely and aggressively say that she would not be able to complete the transaction because I refused to provide my phone number. Lady, what? I'm here to purchase cakes. Why would I need to provide my phone number to receive cakes? Why is that a requirement? I will have proof of purchase from the receipt. She then went to the back to get her supervisor to try to confirm what she was asking of me. She came out and said the complete opposite politely, which I appreciated, and she then completed the transaction. But my initial first experience with Luna was upsetting. Please retrain your front desk staff and update them with your company policies and behavior. It’s important for businesses to provide consistent and respectful service to their customers.She might rub the wrong person the wrong way at the wrong time.

I I asked if I could look at the cake that was already sealed and they said well people usually don’t ask that. When I got home and opened the box there was a hole in the center just filled with a mound of sunken icing. The cake was overly moist and appeared half baked. Out of all the people at our celebration only theee people ventured to have a taste. It was horrible. We threw it in the trash. It was a waste of 42+ dollars! I’ve had the cakes from other locations in smaller versions and they were delicious. This was not edible!
