Nothing Bundt Cakes

I had a problem with a cake I picked up today. They promptly acknowledged the problem and corrected it, going above and beyond! Great friendly customer service... thanks and I will be back soon!

I’ve noticed new staff recently and the customer service hasn’t been great. I used to walk in to a warm welcome, not anymore. Sad, but the cakes are still top notch! Can’t get better than these cakes!

What should have been a "cake" job, turned out to be the worst experience I've ever had. Being over 55, I've never worked with such mean women. It was like high school. I lasted 5 days before I got my coat and walked out. Day one was horrible. The head baker Hannah simply didn't want me there. She's been the baker there since last August and that is HER kitchen. I wasn't doing things her way, and yes I made a few mistakes. However, when I stepped away, I caught Hannah putting her hands on her head, shaking her head and started talking about me to the other employees. I immediately apologized for it being my FIRST day and not knowing. One of the managers Tiffany, took me outside and told me that Hannah prolly wouldn't be there long as we had new owners and they knew she runs people off. Day 2 , no better, I made a huge mistake by putting the wrong chocolate chips in a batch, but Hannah watched everything I did leading me to believe she set me up for failure. Day 3, no change, Hannah had the same attitude towards me bc my cakes kept coming out huge. Again, I acknowledge my mistakes, but how you treat people is simply horrible. Day 4, Tiffany can't get to work on time at all, and wanted me to lie to my manager Ami about clocking in late. I would never clock in late!This day Tiffany took Hannah and another employee outside and had a 30 minute bash session about me. Narcissistic Attitude from Hannah all day. Day 5, I had enough, Hannah kept complaining about the batch I did, going on and on about how the batter doesn't look right. And once again I caught her talking bad about me. I was done! I got my coat and walked out.. Hannah to handle! No one likes a narcissist, I gave it my best, but it wasn't good enough. I will be contacting the corporate headquarters as to treatment I received. The only person worth complimenting is Ms Ami, she's a wonderful person and was not there the day I walked out! However, she's the only one who was kind to me and treated me like a human being, as for the others..DO BETTER! Worst work experience ever!

Extremely disappointed with the quality I received yesterday. I purchased a chocolate chip cookie gluten free and it was extremely dry. Very crumbly and lacked flavor. I usually have a great experience and hate writing this review, but for what you pay, it should have been moist and tasty.

My co worker treated us to three dozen of cupcakes from here when I say feed me more 24-26 dozen worth every penny

A coworker picked up a cake today for a farewell party and got a chocolate chocolate chip cake with cream cheese icing. This is the best cake so moist and amazing taste. The best cake.

The customer service here is top notch. We had gone to dinner at Johnny's and decided we wanted a bundt cake afterwards. When we got there, they were closed. The lady came to the door and said they had just closed out but she was going to see if they could still assist us. They opened back back up for us but we could only use a card. That was too easy. We were very appreciative of them.

Had my first Key Lime Bundt cake here a week ago. The 2nd visit was yesterday and yes I'll be going again next week. They have other flavors but this is my favorite. So thankful they make $5.00 cakes... just right for me...lol However, this flavor may not last long so I recommend you check them out.
