Norton Hospital Cafeteria

Treated inhumane sat in my own filth the whole time I was there nurses said I could walk fine wen I was walking to the desk I wasn't walking I was stumbling to the desk so many Dr came in and wasn't doing a very good job explaining what was going on the Dr found out I had an infection and the nurses waited hours before giving me the antibiotic for it nurses kept forgetting to give me meds meds were always late nurses did not wanna listen to what I had to say or what my care giver had to say nurses handled me very roughly instead of gentle and they sent me home without knowing if the antibiotic was working which it wasn't I still have the infection but they let me go home.

I was pretty satisfied with the food for the most part. Especially, the tenders. My issue is that one of the employees (older African American gentleman) is super freaking rude. He was rude to me because I was waiting around for a menu to be put up because I didn't know the prices nor did I know what combos I could get. I told him that after he got rude and he stated he didn't know either with even more of an attitude. I've also witnessed him get rude with other customers and even a coworker the first night I stayed here. Very unprofessional. Enjoy the food but don't expect any kinda hospitality when they open up at 11pm.

Food is ridiculously priced for a hospital cafeteria. No accommodations for guest trays. Rude staff. Uneducated staff on food policy for guest.Definitely not what you would expect from a hospital located in Downtown louisville in a low income area! Just think they are set to build another money making hospital in nearly the same area!

its ridiculously priced for a hospital and the only serve starbucks coffee. 3 bucks for a small after talking with the several staff memebers over the last few days they think it is shameful the prices they charge .

Worse place ever, rude employees and even ruder assistant manager or whoever he was during their breakfast service! I went to the assistant manager with a complaint about the employees and I asked him to address , but because I stated the employees were effin rude , the manager said I cursed him and deflected my complaint back on to me ,, he also told me that he was charging me more for my food because I told him I wasn’t cursing at him I simply said a curse word because I was upset at how rude the guy making the omelettes was! Not to mention that I was a patient in the hospital! I don’t recommend this place to anyone
