North Sea Fish Restaurant

I grew up living near the coast of Australia and fish & chips was a staple - and excellent. I moved away from Australia decades ago and every time i ordered it again i was left disappointed - it was never as good as my memory. Over 30 years of disappointment, until tonight. The fish was cooked perfectly, the batter was light and cripsy and not oily at all. The tartar sauce was clearly homemade and the addition of horseradish elevated it. The service was great, and the tip was optional. Super impressed.

Daha genç olan sarışın kadın garson çok kabaydı, yan masaya da aynı şekilde davrandı. Hesabı öderken bahşiş istedi, kabalığından dolayı vermedim. Fişi masaya fırlatıp gitti. 6 gündür londradayım bahşiş vermediğim tek yer. Bu çalışanlarla nasıl bu kadar yıldız almış anlamış değilim. Google’dan puanına bakıp gitmiştim. Yemekler fena değil porsiyon fena değil. Bence Herhangi bir yer, puanı 2-3 bandında olsa daha uygun olur. Tavsiye etmiyorum.

Une adresse excellente pour manger un fish n' chips. On vous le fait, à la commande, avec le poisson que vous choisissez : cabillaud, saumon, haddock.... Le choix de bières est très large, les whisky sont tous excellents. C'est un peu plus cher qu'un fish n' chips dans un pub mais c'est aussi bien meilleur.

Bad guts all the following day,very bland fish no seasoning.

Cenamos en familia hace unos días y nos encantó la experiencia. Pescado de calidad, fresco y bien cocinado, las salsas buenísimas y patatas caseras ilimitadas. Las porciones son generosas y estaba todo riquísimo. Buen precio, para ser Londres. Los camareros muy amables, en especial un alicantino que nos contó que lleva ya 20 años por aquellas tierras y nos ayudó a elegir. Gracias por todo!!
