Coffee is good but the staff is very rude….

The braresta was rude and unwelcoming.

Dirty bathroom, toilet seat also about to fall off. Hope nobody breaks a hip! Floor in dining area dirty with crumbs everywhere. Looked like only 1 person working.

Service was as disinterested as possible despite being one of only two people there on a Sunday at 8am. Many of the donuts were anemic skinny rings nothing like what their site shows. Honestly more like a pretzel than a donut. I've not in my life seen a donut so skinny as a few which I completely skipped purchasing so no pics.

Nice place. Good for reading or meeting someone. Coffee ain't bad. Not sure if they have decaf though, they didn't last time I was there.

Never pass up a chance to go here. Best assortment of coffee, they don't have caffeine free, because they can't find a decaf machine that won't burn the beans. I was told. Small assortment of donuts. That's ok though, what they have is delicious ... A couple are gluten free

I would like to preface by saying that the donuts are really good; however, I always say I would rather have bad food and excellent service than good food and horrible service. First off, the staff is cold, unfriendly, and impatient. As I was considering my options, I asked one of them if a specific donut was included in the specialty box. They said yes, so I proceeded to order this box. When we sat down, we noticed that said donut was not included in the box. I went back to the register where a different person was working and said we were told that this specific donut was included. They said it typically isn't included but would throw one in there anyway. I thought, alright, cool. They then ask me which in my existing box I would like to get rid of and I point to one of them. They pick this one out of my box, throw it in the trash, and proceed to put the infamous donut in my box. My jaw dropped. How incredibly wasteful and sad that they would rather throw a single donut away than let us have an extra simply because we were told incorrect information. I could not believe this. I would not recommend this shop nor return. Absolutely horrible service.

The donuts are wonderful and the coffee is good. To be honest, if not for the donuts I would have given this one star. I’ve been here a couple of times and the only consistency is the food and coffee. The staff is uninformed and the customer service ranges from lukewarm to “there’s not enough coffee for this”. In our visit today, we asked for a specific donut to be included in a specialty box of donuts. When we noticed it was not included, the man behind the counter threw one in the garbage before giving the donut we actually requested. Very awkward vibes!
