NORMS Restaurant

This place is not the Norms of old. We got there for the late night menu. It was a small selection of the day menu. The meals we ordered came with soup and salad. This was a bit much, but it was tasty. The clam chowder had chicken in it instead of clams. When our food started coming out, it was too much at once. We had our salads and soup barely touched when the main course came out. The steak was overcooked and cold. They did replace it, and the new steak was much better. The desserts are a small portion of what they used to be. All in all, it was an okay experience at best.

Place sucks. Second time I've been treated poorly. I'll keep writing negative reviews - if that's what it's going to take for the staff to understand that, if you don't want my business - there's other places to dine with a more customer driven staff wanting to earn your business.

If i could give a 0 for service I would. Understaff on a Saturday I understand but not even a greet for 39 min in a table until the guy cleaning the tables ask us what we wanted to drink. I was going to walk out with my kids but they wanted to wait. Got my coffee and didn’t get a refilled. Bad service. Definitely not coming back again.

He ido en varias ocasiones exelente servicio y comida las 24 horas muy bueno recomendadisimo aparte ahora tienen un buen menú económico y sabroso
