Nori Sushi & Asian Dining

Restaurant was very inviting and clean. Staff was very knowable and allowed for a layback dining experience. Food was exceptional! We shared a couple of appetizers, several rolls and some sashimi. Great experience and great food. We will be back!

Katherine was our server again. We walk in and she remembers our drink and sushi orders. Who can do that!? So impressed and she knows the menu so well and can offer suggestions. We love the baked lobster, Lad Vegas and shrimp tempura roll and equally enjoyed her sashimi suggestions of halibut, scallop and yellow fin tuna belly. We live across the street and eat on High Street Albany this is one of our top choices

Food was “ok” but service was below average. The little things - bring wasabi with the sushi - shouldn’t have to ask for it. How about ask are you doing “ok”? 10 people in the entire bar/restaurant on a Wednesday focus on what customers you have. It’s not hard - we aren’t splitting atoms. Won’t be back and certainly will share the experience. Certainly won’t recommend for work dinner.

The Owner is killing his own business by dramatically changing prices, Happy Hour and smaller portions. We’ve been fans since they opened in Desert Ridge Marketplace and followed Nori to High Street for years. The Staff are always wonderful, despite challenges to keep customers like us from leaving. At this point, they’re the only reason we may come back once in a while. No longer is there a HAPPY HOUR. If you call a 10% discount off the higher priced menu for smaller portions-even though the food is very good-no discounted drinks, then you won’t mind. Plus, with these changes, you’ll love the quiet atmosphere since there are very few customers bothering you with friendly chat, cheery smiles and new friendships. We’re now open to suggestions on finding a new place that mirrors the old Nori!
